1. Eligibility:
This sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of SafetyChain Software, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsor:
The Promotion is sponsored by SafetyChain Software, located at 7599 Redwood Blvd, Suite #205
Novato, CA 94945 (the "Sponsor").
3. Agreement to Rules:
By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules (the "Official Rules"), and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the Promotion.
4. Promotion Period:
The Promotion begins on December 1, 2024 and ends on June 30, 2025 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, complete the following steps:
Complete the online survey at during the Promotion Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of the method of entry. Any attempt to exceed this limit may result in disqualification.
6. Prize:
Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) $500 Visa Gift card. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.
7. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor within 3 business days after the end of the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winners will be notified via email within 3 business days after the selection. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 10 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to return needed contact information as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

Once the winner confirms their information, they will receive an email with a link to access a $500 valued Visa egift card from The Gift Card Shop on behalf of SafetyChain within 3 business days.

10. Terms:
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion should a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion. In such a case, the Sponsor may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to the action taken.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these Official Rules or acts in a disruptive manner.
